David Stirling, the company founder, created Beyond to build a community of like-minded adventure enthusiasts. He wanted to create a culture for people to come together to adventure and push beyond

David is constantly training and pursuing more education to bring you the best instruction and experience to help provide you with the confidence and expertise to get out and live, play, and explore in our beautiful region. Whether you have a lot or a little experience, our goal is to get you outdoors and to have fun safely.

Located in Athabasca A.B, Lisa helps you explore the world one paddle stroke at a time. 

Paddle Athabasca is a company focused on making you feel safe and confident on the water. The owner, Lisa Stocking, has her guiding certificates with Paddle Canada, is a guide through CANRVRSUP and can help you get to where you want to be with your SUP skills in no time.
Lisa is also a huge advocate for mental health and completed a 500km river trip by SUP to raise money and awareness for mental health.

JADEFit is a company that aims to cultivate an outdoor community through education, social events and gear rentals. Dee works alongside two amazing team members to provide clients with outdoor experiences that will stay in their memory bank for life. JADE offers group hikes, paddleboard workshops, private guiding and outdoor social events. The team also provides outdoor training for those who may need to build the strength and endurance outdoor adventures require. The rental fleet consists of paddleboards, backpacking and hiking gear and most recently; stargazer glamping tents.

Raven rescue

Raven Rescue has been delivering top notch training programs to CANRVRSUP employees from the beginning. Raven Rescue mainly certifies our guides with Swiftwater Rescue Technician courses, but is also known for an abundance of more services.

From rescue and medical training to safety services, we bring your safety and rescue savvy to the centre stage. Originally focused on rescue perspectives for clients in emergency response or outdoor adventure, Raven has grown to cater to rescue, safety, and medical clients’ needs by offering preventative training, safety services, and retail equipment.
