Video Session Training Steps: Take 10 videos that MUST BE:
Horizontal
15-60sec in length
High enough quality to make out the paddler and paddle clearly.
Various angles for each skill
Repeat the skills for analysis multiple times.
Video should be sent 24hrs before the scheduled session.
Price: Includes an initial 30 minute preliminary meeting, to outline training objectives before the student collects videos. 1hr of coaching: $99+gst 3 x 1hr sessions: $285+gst
