NEXT STEP RIVER SKILLS CLASS II - HARVIES PASSAGE

Take your River Skills the Next Level and find your niche. You are ready for one or all of the YOU CAN RVR CLINICS after your River Intro Course. Each Course will have a strong focus on safety and skill development.

YOU CAN RVR SUP
1x  2.5hr evening session

After completing this course, participants can expect to feel comfortable scouting, and practicing their ferries and eddy turns on Class II Rivers. They will understand the potential hazards the river poses, along with learn a variety of new skills that they can apply to the moving water environment. Skills include self rescues, swimming in current, working with stronger eddy lines and current.

1x  2.5hr evening session
After completing this course, participants can expect to feel comfortable scouting, entering and trying to surf waves on Class II Rivers. They will understand the potential hazards the river poses, along with a variety of new skills that can apply to the moving water environment. Skills include all components required to SUP Surf!

In addition to reviewing all the fundamental skills similar to the SUP and SURF YOU CAN RVR CLINICS. After completing this course, participants can expect to feel comfortable scouting, and running drops while also linking skills together on Class II Rivers. They will understand the potential hazards the river poses, along with learn a variety of new skills that they can apply to running larger rivers and new rivers . Skills include self rescues, swimming in current, working with stronger eddy lines and current, running drops, linking skills, jet ferries. ​
